You will Receive 1 Black, white or Molted Cochin. As you might imagine, Cochins are quite popular in poultry shows and backyard flocks. You will receive Black/molted or Blue Cochin. Black with a beautiful shiny iridescent green sheen. They have a bright red, single comb, along with red wattles, earlobes, and a red patch around the eyes. Body Type: Round, large, and fluffy. The eggs are brown in color and are medium to large in size. Cochin hen will only lay about 150 to 180 eggs a year.

12 Day Old Chicks
The day-old chicks need to be kept at a constant 95° their first week, 90° the second week, and so on (reducing 5° per week) until they're five to six weeks old or reach the ambient outdoor temperatures. A 250-watt, red infrared heat lamp suspended over the middle of the brooder is the recommended source for this heat.
